Caroline’s 30 days sunrise photo and health challenge: Introduction

My photo contribution to the challenge day 1:

Morning  in Clontarf 13.7.2016 around 6 am. I was surprise that the sun was nowhere to find on the sky, maybe hiding behind the clouds, but there is some morning mood and colors in the picture. Every attempt count, don’t hesitate and try it too.

Clontarf promenade:

My dog did lots of swimming that morning. Since I started hiking my dog lost 8 kilo and her vet was very pleased with the results. Labradors tend to have problems with bones when they are over weighted, so do humans. This challenge is bringing benefits not only to me, but also tho people and animals around me. Join us and experience the happiness.

My exercise for the day: riding bike 30 – 40 minutes

I have to say that it was quite a lot exercise for me considering that the longest time I rode a bike in a gym was 20 minutes. I was breathing like I was running for my life and sweating a lot. Yeah, I definitely have to get more fit. I am doing my best to recover after my car accident and I also hope to lose some weight that I gained due to reduced mobility and my back injuries. I hope I will get up early, walk up to the nearest hill, take picture of a sunrise and tell you all about it soon. Well, that is the best scenario. When is will rain too much I will just do some exercise home, picture that capture the morning atmosphere around me and in the nearest nature. Come back to see how the challenge goes, encourage me and people who join us, have fun, do your morning exercise and tell us all about it.

(Leave a link to your day 1 of the challenge in comments below this article and I will add a link to the blog post here. Come back again to have a look at beautiful photos and read experience of people who joined us.)

Hopefully our numbers will grow when I will start promote the challenge on my social media. You can help me spread the word and share the introduction article or any of the challenge posts. So please do share, tweet, talk with friends and write about it.

This challenge is very good for many people, look around you and find someone who could use little motivation in their life. Have a look how the challenge could benefit you. People don’t have to get up at exact time of sunrise everyday to join the challenge. The goal is to wake up in the morning, think about something positive, get exercise and talk to people about it. Imagine someone who is sad, depressed, lonely or just not feel unmotivated. Here are things that will help this person: achieving little goals brings little happiness, exercise release happy endorphins, taking picture – creating something beautiful is a cure for soul, talking to people who have the same goals increase motivation and socializing is good for many things.

Start with a small goal, join Caroline’s 30 days sunrise photo and health challenge for 1 day!

I am looking forward to read your thoughts in comments, see your beautiful pictures and read about your experience.

And remember: It does not have to be perfect!

Have a fun.

Caroline

Petra…I will have a look at your introduction page. As a matter of fact, most of my sunrise pictures are shot during early morning hiking. we usually start an hour prior to sunrise. It’s a very strong pull to get early…capturing sunrise has kind of become a habit. Only lately, I took a break of few weeks. Sometimes break is welcome too! 🙂

Hey! Thanks Petra! I know you retweeted and followed me. I think you have an amazing concept of catching up on sunrise. Although I get up early everyday but I can do Photography only on weekends. so practically I can post only once a week. is that okay with you?
Dublin? Great. one of my friend from Jaipur lives there and I was exchanging notes on life. He was quite happy with his life in Dublin. You’re quite good with pictures

Petra, As agreed I’m linking one of my post to your challenge. Since I usually post for Skywatch Friday, I’ll continue to do so as breaking away and creating a new series becomes difficult. But I’mm making special mention under this post for your challenge as well. The post will fit in perfectly as I have made some amendments for your challenge. Hope that’s okay with you?

I am looking forward to see more of your new sunrise pictures.
